It’s true. I am giving away my beloved 1969 Chevy C/20 pickup. My family has used this thing as a daily and as a truck ever since I got it from a viewer in a video on The David Freiburger Channel. That guy gave me such a good deal on the truck that I did not feel right selling it outright, so some lucky follower will win the truck and $5,000! I hope you’ll use that check to pay for a fantastic road trip home in this survivor pickup.

Some of you will remember that this truck was sideswiped when parked at my house, but you can watch of video on my channel to see how that damage was repaired. I’ll also share a video of me sprucing up the mechanical bits of the truck. It’s fully functional with a 350 engine, TH400 trans, and stock suspension and rearend. The interior is super clean, and it comes with a glovebox full of cassette tapes to take you back to the ‘70s and ‘80s!

The truck is not perfect, but in reality, that’s what makes it perfect! It’s fairly straight and has only a few small rust spots in normal areas (bottoms of the fenders and door corners, but nothing in the cab corners). We buffed out the mostly original paint, but there’s nothing about it that’s so precious that you’ll worry about just using the truck every day. It’s great! And with factory coil-spring rear suspension, it rides remarkably well for a ¾-ton.

All the little stuff works, like the gauges and lights. The ancient radio could be better, but I never cared. I’ll attempt to get the aftermarket air conditioning blowing cold again before this rig goes off to the winner.
